Who is Endeavor Technology Group?
Endeavor is a Veteran Owned and Operated Independent Sponsor that is exclusively focused on the National Security mission. We seek to buy and build dual-use technology enabled businesses at the intersection of the Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), Federal agencies, and commercial applications.
First and foremost, Endeavor is a partnership model based on transparency and alignment of all stakeholders. We work in a highly collaborative manner and, as such, we look forward to founders and management teams continuing to play an instrumental role in both the strategic and operational growth of the business.
We chose to build Endeavor as an Independent Sponsor, not as a committed fund. Why? Because we can prioritize building great businesses in true partnership with management over fund administration.
To do this we have built a diversified, operations-centric team with deep expertise in technology development, R&D, and engineering in the private, public, academic, and non-profit sectors. Our core team of principals, led by Mark Mykityshyn, and including Jay Jesse, Dick Schaeffer and Lisa Zissel, bring aspects of industry, government contracting, investing, integration, and deal management to each opportunity. That core team is supported by Business and Technical Advisors with an incomparable level of depth and breadth of knowledge that can be engaged as needed to provide their specific expertise and network access. All team members are focused on amplifying the growth and development of the business and management team in service to our National Security mission.
