Dick is a former Marine and Senior Executive with the National Security Agency (NSA).  With almost 50 years in Information Security, Cybersecurity, and Intelligence, he brings visionary leadership, management and technical experience to his client’s challenges. During the early phase of his career, Dick developed solutions to complex problems and led technical programs and organizations from several dozen to several hundred people, with financial responsibility from several million to over one billion dollars. His last position at NSA was as Information Assurance Director, the defensive side of the Cryptologic mission, an organization of several thousand cryptologic professionals. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for his vision, leadership, and commitment to excellence. He is known for his strategic thinking, ability to build cohesive teams, political savvy, technical competence, extensive network of cyber and intelligence professionals, and ability to communicate complex topics to any audience. He serves on the advisory boards of a number of government, private sector, and non-profit companies and organizations.
