In her previous role, Lisa served as a Director at The Chertoff Group in the firm’s M&A Advisory practice. Lisa was focused on providing transaction execution expertise alongside deep financial analysis on both buy- and sell-side transactions across the National Security sector, with a strong focus on Cybersecurity. While at The Chertoff Group, she also participated in its Private Equity activities, helping to source and manage one of its most successful investments, ZP Group, which recently divested The Crypsis Group to Palo Alto Networks. Prior to joining The Chertoff Group, Lisa worked as an Associate at Morgan Joseph TriArtisan, a merchant and investment bank based in New York, where she advised on more than 20 engagements and over $6 billion of transaction value across multiple industries. Lisa also held internships at Merrill Lynch and Ernst & Young. Since leaving The Chertoff Group, Lisa has worked as a consultant, helping companies to prepare for value creation opportunities. She has helped provide both strategic and financial analysis to the C-level executives while working to develop effective financial and strategic positions. Lisa received her B.S. in Finance and M.S. in Accountancy from Wake Forest University.
